Fecto Cement Sold Land to Faisal Town Group as Investment Property
Islamabad News: In the recent turnover in the Islamabad real estate market, Fecto Cement Limited has sold its land to Faisal Town Group Private Limited. A total of 124.625 kanal of land in Rawalpindi is given to the company as an investment property.

The acquired land is located in Louni, Thalian, Rawalpindi. It is situated on Airport Avenue, next to Islamabad International Airport. With the extended land, the future residents will enjoy direct access to the airport. Fetco Cement Private Limited also informed the Pakistan Exchange Company (PSX) about the transfer of investment land.
Fecto Cement Sold Investment Land to Faisal Town Group
Faisal Town Group has launched the second phase of its flagship project, Faisal Town Islamabad. Phase 2 comprises 80,000 kanal of land, which will be expanded to 200,000 kanal of land, according to the society’s management. The acquired land from Fecto Cement Limited helps in extending the Faisal Town Phase 2 housing society.
